Peter is the founder of Nish Microfinance, a company located in Zimbabwe. He brings nearly half a decade of industry experience and a strong academic foundation with a Bachelor of Science Honors in Actuarial Sciences from the University of Zimbabwe. He is also a member of IFOA (UK).

With passion for empowering small businesses and individuals, Peter has built Nish Microfinance around the core values of trust, professionalism, and inclusivity. His visionary leadership and strategic mindset drive the company’s mission to provide accessible financial solutions that enable entrepreneurs and communities to thrive. As the founder and managing director Peter offers business strategic direction and vision, and he is also responsible for developing strategic partnership  with other organizations to push Nish Vision beyond Zimbabwe.

Beyond his actuarial expertise, Peter has developed strong skills in marketing and risk management through his work with leading organizations. He gained valuable marketing experience by partnering with CIPI Solutions, a South African-based consulting and technology company, and honed his risk assessment and mitigation abilities during his involvement with Rowan Martin. With this blend of technical, strategic, and leadership capabilities, Peter is committed to positioning Nish Microfinance as a globally competitive financial institution while staying rooted in serving the local communities of Zimbabwe.
